SEASON 4 THEME: MOTHER

Mother Nature. Motherboard. Mother tongue. Necessity is the mother of invention. The word “mother” has long been associated with contexts outside of the day-to-day role of being a parent. But in our culture, mothers are confined into traditional, narrowly defined roles. And in business, motherhood has historically been viewed as a liability.

This season is an attempt to explore the characteristics of Mother outside of its traditional gendered norms and lean into its associations with other facets of society, as well as characteristics like empathy, vulnerability, collaboration, and cooperation. These characteristics don’t just belong to women with children; they belong to modern leaders.
